PRODUCTION MANAGER We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team. Job duties include Streamline Production Process • Control Stock Movement & Materials Processes • Improve Efficiency & Productivity • Introduce Off Line Production Development Strategy whilst maintaining Production • Rapid Prototype Engineering • Manage Production Line and Structure in line with 3rd party vendors • Oversee Raw Material Delivery Schedules to meet production criteria • Implement Quality Standards • Develop Cross Training Strategy for Production Personnel • Knowledge of Six Sigma / ISO / TS Standards Experience & Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification and have a portfolio that demonstrates experience in Production Management in a Mechanical Engineering Environment and experience in the following : • Strong Mechanical Production Background • Knowledge of Solid Works • Project Management • Quality Standards • Microsoft Office Suite Software including M/S Project • Multi Lingual (not essential) • Ability to read and understand DRG's The Person Interested Candidates must be : • Attentive to Detail • Organized and proven Time Management Skills • Highly Self Motivated • Excellent Communicator • Innovative and Creative • Proven in their Leadership & Delegation Skills • Comfortable Working on Numerous Projects to Strict Deadlines   Salary & Benefits We offer a competitive salary based on experience.
